Privacy and Project Inquiries
Use the project inquiry form to contact Immersion Tin PCB. Submit only information needed to discuss your project and files you are authorized to share.
Information you choose to submit
The inquiry form requests your name, email address and project description. Optional fields may include company, contact number, product, country, quantity, specifications, requested date and an NDA request. Drawings and other attachments are optional.
We use submitted information to review requirements, respond to the inquiry and manage the related business discussion. Please do not submit account passwords, payment card information or unrelated sensitive personal information. If confidentiality terms are needed before reviewing design files, request an NDA before uploading those files.
Processing and storage
The inquiry system is designed to save the submission and attachments in private server storage and then synchronize them to the internal inquiry management system. Hosting and inquiry management systems process data to provide this service. An inquiry reference acknowledges the submission; it is not an acceptance of an order or a manufacturing commitment.
Operational records can include the source page, form identifier and technical information needed to prevent abuse and diagnose delivery issues. Necessary site and administrator functions may use cookies. We do not request design files for public display through the inquiry form.
Access to project records should be restricted to authorized personnel. Retention depends on the ongoing inquiry, related business records and applicable obligations. No fixed automatic deletion interval is promised by this notice.
Requests about your information
Use the project inquiry form to request access, correction or deletion of information you previously submitted. Include the inquiry reference if available, but do not resend confidential attachments solely to identify a record. Identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed.
Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing transaction. External resources linked from this website have their own privacy practices. Review those practices before submitting information to an external site.
